# Showcase

> Explore real projects built with AppBlips, and submit your own published project to be featured.

The Showcase is a gallery of real websites and games, each built with AppBlips from one prompt. You can open every one of them right inside AppBlips: browse a website or play a game. You can also send in your own project to be featured.

## Open the Showcase

1. Go to the studio picker (the **What will you build?** screen). If you're in a project, click **New** first.
2. Click **Showcase**: the wide row under the studios, or the link in the top bar.
3. To see only one kind of project, click **Websites** or **Games** at the top.
4. Click a project to open it full size. Websites scroll and click as normal, and games play with your keyboard, mouse or touch.
5. To open the project in your web browser instead, click **Open in browser**.
6. To go back to the gallery, click the back arrow or press **Esc**.

The examples come with AppBlips, so they open without an internet connection. Some of them still load pictures or code libraries from the web, so those parts need one. Each project runs in the same locked-down preview frame as your own builds, so it can't reach your projects or settings.

## Submit your project

Your project needs to be online first, at a public address anyone can open. [Publish to the web](https://docs.appblips.com/features/publishing.md) puts it online for free.

**1. Open the form**

In the Showcase, click **Submit yours** (top right) or the **Submit your project** card at the end of the gallery.

If you just published, you can also click **Submit it to the showcase** in the Publish window. The form then opens with your project's name, its link and its type already filled in.

**2. Fill it in**

* **Your name:** how you'd like to be credited.
* **Your email:** so the AppBlips team can reply. It's never shown publicly.
* **Project name** and **Published link** (for example `https://my-project.surge.sh`).
* **It's a…:** choose **App**, **Website** or **Game**.
* **Tell us about it** (optional): what it does, and the prompt you started from.

**3. Give permission and send**

Tick the box that says you made the project and that AppBlips may feature it. Then click **Submit project**.

The AppBlips team looks at every submission by hand. Nothing appears in the Showcase until it's approved. If your project is picked, you'll get an email before it goes live, and it's added to the Showcase in AppBlips and on [appblips.com](https://www.appblips.com/showcase).

Only what you type in the form is sent, through the Web3Forms email service. Nothing else about your projects is included.
